5. Installation of superior valorisation of oil seeds as vegetal oils

DESCRIPTION:
The seeds mixture is introduced into the feeding hopper, pos. 1 from where it is taken over by one of the active elements of double bucket elevator, pos. 2. This one lifts the mixture up to the pre-cleaner feeding position.3.Pre-cleanear is fed through one of its ends. Rough products remain on sieve surface and are removed at the other end of the sieve as refusal. Product passing through the sieve (sieved matter) is taken over by the second active branch (element) of bucket elevator and passes through the magnetic separator where magnetic impurities are retained by separator constant magnets. Clean seeds are introduced into the pre-heater, where they are pre-heated before being pressed. The hot air necessary to pre-heating is aspired by centrifugal fan, pos.7 from the case where pellets are evacuated, then it passes through pre-heater case coil, where it releases some heat to seeds. Pre-heated seeds will pass to pressing stage, in the press, pos. 8. Press feeding is adjusted by a vane valve. From the press feeding chamber, the seeds are taken over by a worm from where the pressing process begins. At the end of the shaft on which the worm is mounted, there is a plate through which holes the pellets are removed. The oil resulted following the pressing passes through the sieve bars and falls in the raw oil tank. Pellets which are removed at the worm’s end fall into the evacuation case, where they are stored. The oil from the raw oil tank is taken over by the barrel exhausting pump, pos. 9 and sent to decanting-sedimentation vessels, pos. 10. The hardest part will be decanted at vessel bottom. The lightest and purest part will remain at the upper part from where by an overflow it will pass from a vessel into other, from the last one passing into the decanted oil buffer vessel, pos.12. From here, by means of a centrifugal pump it is taken over and sent to be filtered in plate filter, pos 13. After the filtration the rough product will remain on the cloth, and pure oi
